All attorneys at Kerr Russell are expected to produce a minimum of 1,800 quality, billable hours each year. While the annual salary for a lateral hire attorney varies based on a myriad of factors, and is determined on a case-by-case basis, all attorneys are provided a generous benefits package when beginning work at the firm.
