Mark Knoth to speak at OESA event highlighting first 100 days of the Trump administration
Attorney Mark Knoth will address OESA on May 3, 2017 at a members-only forum focused on tax, trade, regulations, CAFE and labor issues arising from the first 100 days of the Trump administration. Responding to proposed changes on current U.S. tax and trade policies, OESA has invited Mark to share his insights related to labor and employment laws and regulations with a particular eye on the needs of automotive OE suppliers.
This session will focus on the first 100 days of the new administration and Congress and the impact proposed changes could have on automotive OE suppliers. It will address specific actions that the government is taking versus offer speculation and will highlight where various laws, rules, and regulations stand relative to the legislative/legal process.
