Bio
Conor focuses his practice on taxation and corporate matters. Prior to joining Kerr Russell, Conor was a tax consultant with an international Big 4 accounting firm where he advised clients on federal taxation. He was involved with many credits and incentive programs including the New Markets tax credit, Qualified Opportunity Zones, and various energy related credits. Conor also served as a judicial law clerk in the Tax Court of New Jersey where he gained significant experience in state and local tax, as well as estate and probate administration.
Conor graduated from Syracuse University College of Law where he was a member of The Journal of International Law and Commerce, the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic, as well as President of the Corporate Law Society. Prior to law school, he graduated from Oakland University with a B.S. in Finance and was a member of the varsity baseball team.
