Bio

From entity formation and organization through bankruptcy and restructuring, Luke helps guide businesses and individuals through a wide variety of challenges with a goal-oriented and client-focused approach. He also assists clients with estate planning, real estate transactions, and various intellectual property issues including, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and licensing.

Luke graduated summa cum laude from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law where he was an Executive Board member of the University of Detroit Mercy Moot Court Board of Advocates and participated in the 28th Annual Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in history and secondary education from the University of Michigan – Dearborn where he was a member of the hockey team.

In his free time, Luke enjoys staying active outdoors and cheering on the Liverpool Football Club.
