Max maintains a general corporate practice, assisting clients with entity formation, governance, and mergers and acquisitions. He also assists clients with trust and estate planning and administration and has experience in the areas of municipal, employment and insurance law.

Bio
Max graduated cum laude from Wayne State University Law School where he was an assistant editor of the Wayne Law Review and participated in Moot Court and the Disability Law Clinic. While in law school Max spent a summer in Washington D.C. working as a law clerk for the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Ways and Means. He holds a B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of Michigan, where he was a 4-year letter winner with the varsity hockey team.
