Bio

Shaun assists clients with all manner of corporate transactions, including the purchase and sale of assets, stock and entire companies. Prior to joining Kerr Russell, Shaun worked at an international “Big 4” accounting firm where he specialized in international tax and transactions. His finance background and tax expertise allow him to analyze a transaction from both a legal and financial perspective. Shaun’s first-hand business experience provides him with invaluable insights into the perspective of a client.

Shaun graduated from Michigan State University College of Law where he participated in the Alvin L. Storrs Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Michigan – Dearborn.
