Cody Attisha Named Member At Kerr Russell

Cody joined the firm in 2018. He focuses his practice on taxation law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, finance, and estate and trust planning. Cody counsels clients through all aspects of buying and selling businesses, including tax planning and structuring. His experience includes entity formation, including evaluating, choosing, and implementing the right partnership, corporate, or non-profit structure depending on the client’s business and tax objectives. He also assists clients in connection with different finance transactions such as conventional lending, bonds, and tax credit transactions.

Cody earned a B.S. in business administration with a major in accounting, cum laude, from Wayne State University, and a J.D. from Wayne State University Law School.
