Coronavirus/COVID-19 Business Continuity:  A Message to Our Community, Clients and Friends

Kerr Russell is committed to its community, clients and people. As the world navigates through the impact of COVID-19 (coronavirus), we want to assure you that Kerr Russell is committed to supporting our community, clients and people as effectively as we have through every other crisis our Nation has encountered over our firm’s nearly 150-year history.

Our firm is fully operational: We have made sure that our lawyers and staff are able to safely and effectively serve our clients’ needs and continue operations on an uninterrupted basis. Most of our people will be working remotely for the time being. This will make our offices safer places for those of our colleagues who need to physically be present in order to ensure uninterrupted service to our clients.

We encourage you to contact us with any needs that arise or questions you may have. We are here to support you through these challenging times. Please continue to contact us at the same phone numbers and email addresses that you are accustomed to using.

We will continue to provide information about COVID-19’s potential impact to our clients and friends and will post news alerts on our website and social media streams. You will find resources on the COVID-19 Resource Center page of our website. This page has current insights on various topics to help our clients and friends during these challenging times.

As disruptive as these days are for so many, we understand that this pandemic will have an even greater impact on the most vulnerable members of our community. We are actively working with our community-based pro bono partners in support of those in need. Our thoughts go out to all those whose health has been, or will be, affected by this virus. And we are grateful for the first responders and health care workers worldwide who are caring for those who are ill.

Please be safe and stay well. We will get through this together.
