His corporate and business law practice includes choice of entity and business formation, shareholder voting and buy-sell agreements, asset and stock sales, mergers, recapitalizations, joint venture agreements, joint development agreements, license agreements, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and public and private equity and debt capital raising transactions.
