Kerr Russell Obtains No Cause Verdict in Oakland County

Daniel Beyer and Catherine Edwards obtained a no cause verdict in medical malpractice action after 8 days of trial in the Oakland County Circuit Court. The case involved a claim that a radiologist’s interpretation of a chest x-ray resulted in a failure to diagnose a pulmonary embolism eventually leading to the patient’s death. The jury found that the physician did not violate the standard of care.
