Magazine article “Leaders Under Legal Scrutiny.” Excerpt: “Knoth says there is a 50 to 55 percent chance that a sexual harassment case may be dismissed by a judge, but if it goes to trial, it can be very expensive for the company, both in terms of financial cost and bad publicity. Employee practices liability insurance may cover some costs.
