We help our automotive clients manage risk and capitalize on opportunities across the highly regulated and competitive global automotive industry.

Our attorneys act on behalf of automotive clients in disputes involving breach of supply agreements, matters of troubled suppliers, breaches of warranty, tooling and cost-recovery claims, pricing conflicts, recalls, field actions, plant shutdowns, sales representative contracts, product liability, and a multitude of other matters.

Our practice is national in scope; we have served as national counsel, regional counsel, lead trial counsel, national discovery counsel, Michigan counsel, and special assignment counsel for discreet issues, among other capacities. We have additionally successfully represented foreign original equipment manufacturers and suppliers in state and federal courts and a variety of arbitration forums.

Kerr Russell also represents automotive clients in matters including product liability, consumer litigation and class action lawsuits.
