Today, our automotive warranty and supply chain litigators have represented clients in effectively every type of dispute arising along all tiers and market segments of the automotive industry. Our practice is national in scope; we have served as national counsel, regional counsel, lead trial counsel, national discovery counsel, Michigan counsel, and special assignment counsel for discreet issues, among other capacities. We have additionally successfully represented foreign original equipment manufacturers and suppliers in state and federal courts and a variety of arbitration forums.
