The following is a summary of the tax benefits provided by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act (the”act”). As of this writing, treasury regulations have not yet been issued to answer the many questions about its provisions. What follows is a basic summary of the tax relief that will become available to individuals and businesses. Additional information and updates on this act and its benefits can be found at the MDA website.
